Robert Randolph has been helping law firms grow business for more than 25 years. He has worked as a business development executive for three Am Law 100 law firms, in marketing and sales at Arthur Andersen, and in sales roles at American Lawyer Media. Rob trains and coaches’ lawyers on business development at all levels of practice. He has done extensive work teaching lawyers to interact more effectively with clients utilizing consultative selling techniques. Rob has also built business development programs and managed a law firm sales team. Throughout his career, he has helped lawyers grow their practices and win business.

Aynsley Bubbico - Executive Assistant
Aynsley began her career at Paul Weiss, where she acquired valuable skills in a fast-paced legal environment. She later transitioned to the entrepreneurial space, helping grow a beauty brand from a home office to a prominent presence in major retailers like Amazon, Sephora, and small businesses nationwide.
She has also contributed as a judge and writer for The Music Center’s Spotlight performing arts scholarship program and as a writer and Associate Producer for the Office Ladies podcast.
An accomplished actress, Aynsley has appeared in over 60 TV episodes, films on Netflix, Showtime, and Amazon Prime, and numerous national commercials. Her diverse background combines business expertise, entrepreneurial success, and creative talent, making her a versatile professional across multiple fields.

Victoria Arnold - Senior Consultant
Victoria helps organizations and individuals grow their businesses and improve their competitive market advantage. From start-ups to firms with $1+ billion in revenue, she has delivered results in a wide variety of assignments: strategic planning, market/client research, brand positioning, client development and retention, and marketing communications solutions.
A key aspect of Victoria's practice is executive development and coaching. Amy Hrehovcik - Senior Consultant
Amy spent a decade selling information and technology to Big Law, including as a founding member of Thomson Reuters’ court data team, where she built alerting tools and predictive algorithms to forecast judicial decisions and opposing counsel behavior. She helped pricing, business development, and practice management teams use this data to make faster, smarter decisions and win new business.
She then served as Chief of Customer Value at Viewabill, a legal tech platform integrating time entry systems and aggregating matter data for corporate legal departments in real time. This role placed her at the center of the legal services buy-sell relationship, engaging in hundreds of client conversations across the engagement lifecycle.
Following Viewabill’s acquisition, Amy spent eight years in tech, building and leading two sales enablement teams focused on removing go-to-market blockers through process design, content strategy, tech maintenance, and performance measurement.
Amy is a certified Yellow Belt and Green Belt candidate in Process Improvement and Project Management from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute. She hosts Revenue Real, a podcast with over 10,000 downloads, and brings her deep experience to Yate Collaborative clients.
Outside of Yate, Amy creates Go-To-Market Assessments and Recommendation Reports for professional services teams. She is also the founder of Intake Amy, helping small plaintiff and mission-driven firms turn intake into a streamlined, trust-building process that saves time and attracts ideal clients. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her dog at her beach cottage on the Jersey Shore.

Lisa was featured as an expert in a recent e-book by brand firm DeSantis Breindel, The Deliberative World of Law Firm Branding, and is the author of “Rethink Law Firm Sales by Shifting Your Perspective” in The American Lawyer. When not working on Yate projects, Lisa serves law firms and litigation funders through her company Brook Street Strategies LLC, a boutique agency offering fractional CMO services and strategic marketing and business development consulting focusing on brand refreshes, website relaunches, marketing audits and assessments, marketing operations, firm launches, and coaching of lawyers and legal marketing staff.

Greg Wildes - Senior Consultant
Greg Wildes is a Senior Consultant with Yate Collaborative in New York, advising professional service firms on strategies to drive revenue growth and elevate market visibility.
With more than 30 years of experience, Greg has held senior business development roles across the financial services, research, and technology sectors. He served as Senior Vice President for Client Solutions at Maples Fund Services, a division of the Maples Group. Earlier, he was a senior executive at Bloomberg Financial Markets for over a decade, managing key relationships with clients such as Goldman Sachs and other major financial institutions.
Greg has also led business development and operations for BHWD, a software and digital marketing firm serving small and mid-sized businesses. Throughout his career, he has specialized in building revenue pipelines, client relationship management, and go-to-market strategy for high-growth environments.
Greg earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University, where he played varsity basketball. He has served as a Harvard alumni interviewer and remains active in youth and high school basketball as a coach and referee.

Jim Durham - Senior Consultant
Jim has impressed audiences around the world with his insightful, thought-provoking, and motivational programs on topics ranging from successful cross-selling and relational sales to client service excellence and personal branding.
After getting degrees at Harvard College and Emory Law School, he practiced law at major Boston law firm, where he built a successful practice. As a consultant working with hundreds of law firms, Jim interviewed over 350 law firm clients to determine what distinguishes “good” lawyers from “great” lawyers, and to learn the clients’ definition of value. He shares these remarkable insights in his presentations and training programs.
Jim has significant experience as a member of the C-Suite at several international and regional law firms, where he focused on designing and implementing strategic plans, achieving operational excellence, and building top-notch senior leadership teams.
Jim has completed Advanced Leadership Programs at The Harvard Law School and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management, and was inducted into the Legal Marketing Association Hall of Fame in 2010. He also was the General Counsel at Senior Tour Players, Inc., and the SVP of Sponsorship at MLB.com.
Jim is the author of several books, including The Essential Little Book of Service Excellence and The Essential Little Book of Great Lawyering. He is the co-editor and contributing author to The Lawyer’s Guide to Marketing Your Practice (published by the American Bar Association). Jim also wrote a novel, My Father’s Writings (Balboa Press), in which he chronicles much of his life journey and explores the challenges and joys of raising a special needs child, and dealing with the death of a child.
When he is not delivering Yate services, Jim is busy delivering keynote presentations to a diverse range of corporations, professional organizations, and nonprofit institutions.
